8: Best soundtrack?
I think FFVII’s soundtrack has always been my favourite - it takes alot for a soundtrack to a game to really grab my attention. But, I mean, I also love the Uncharted, Enslaved, and Tomb Raider 2013 soundtracks, too. Some of Silent Hill and Bioshock’s music is great as well.
10: A game you’ve completely given up on?
I think Kingdom Hearts was the first game I ever gave up on actually. I loved the entire premise of the franchise but I just couldn’t get into it gaming-wise. The gameplay was insane and it didn’t sit right with me at all. More recently was Resonance of Fate - it just wasn’t as good as I thought it would be.
11: Hardest game you’ve played?
Probably Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune x3 I had a hell of a time with that one - that fucking generator room will haunt me forever.
15: Which two games do you think would make an awesome crossover?
Haha, I think everyone should know by now that I would just love an Uncharted/Tomb Raider crossover. I would die and go to heaven.
23: Biggest disappointment you’ve had in gaming?
I’m honestly not sure. I’ve been disappointed in plenty of games, mostly because I can get very particular about the way stories are handled. Sometimes I’ll read the story synopsis and see huge potential, and then the entire thing will fall flat. But, if I really had to choose one, it might just be Final Fantasy XIII-2. It’s not my biggest disappointment, but I have some issues with it for sure. It wasn’t an amazing sequel, and the ending really bugs the shit out of me. I still enjoyed it, don’t get me wrong, and I am looking forward to the next one.
